They came out on top in a nail-biter against Eastern Montgomery and snuck past 39-37. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy.
Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Adah Tuckwiller, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan White, who scored seven points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy pushed their record up to 13-5 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Eastern Montgomery, their loss dropped their record down to 4-14.
