James Island entered their tilt with Stall on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: James Island took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-6, 25-7, 25-11.

Amelia Angelos was the offensive standout of the match as she had eight digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high.

Angelos wasn't the only good servers: James Island was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 13 aces in three consecutive contests.

James Island's win bumped their record up to 26-9-1. As for Stall, their loss dropped their record down to 0-14.

James Island wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Porter-Gaud on the 20th. Stall does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
