Softball Recap: Schuylkill Haven Continues Home Dominance on Friday

While Schuylkill Haven's victory against Oley Valley wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Hurricanes narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Lynx 5-4. The victory continues a trend for the Hurricanes in their matchups with the Lynx: they've now won three in a row.

Gracelyn Line spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on nine hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Schuylkill Haven got a massive performance out of Nicole Domermuth, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run. Teagan Wehr was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
