Volleyball Recap: Coral Gables Cavaliers vs. Miami Stingarees
Coral Gables and Miami squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Coral Gables had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stingarees. The Cavaliers haven't had much luck with the Stingarees recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.
Nico Delgado-Gonzalez paced Coral Gables' offense, picking up 17 kills. Delgado-Gonzalez got some help from Mariano Beytia and his 17 assists. Finally, Erik Sarman kept Coral Gables' defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.
