Basketball Recap: Phoenix Comes Up Short

Phoenix was the 44-27 winner over Hidden Valley when they last played one another on January 9th, but their luck changed this time around. The Phoenix Pirates fell 37-29 to the Hidden Valley Mustangs on Tuesday. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Phoenix's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Hidden Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-11.

Phoenix will look to defend their home court on Friday against Klamath Union at 6:00 p.m. As for Hidden Valley, they will venture away from home to square off against Mazama at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
