If Butte Valley wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Hayfork, they should've done a better job of containing Lydia Yarbrough. The Timberjacks blew past the Bulldogs 3-0 on Thursday with plenty of help from Yarbrough, who had 34 assists and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hayfork was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-10, 25-10.

Hayfork has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Butte Valley, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Butte Valley has already played their next contest (against Los Molinos), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
