Basketball Game Preview: Collinsville Cardinals vs. Nathan Hale Rangers

The Collinsville Cardinals are taking a road trip to square off against the Nathan Hale Rangers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Nathan Hale took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Collinsville, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Collinsville turned things around against Claremore on Tuesday. They walked away with a 43-32 win over the Zebras.

Meanwhile, Nathan Hale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a blow against Cushing, falling 68-26.

Collinsville's victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Nathan Hale, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.

Everything came up roses for Collinsville against Nathan Hale in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 56-5 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Collinsville since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
