Softball Recap: Garfield Takes a Loss

Garfield lost against Wallington back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Boilermakers came up short against the Panthers, falling 18-1. The Boilermakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Garfield's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Wallington, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-7.

Garfield wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 14-0 defeat against Wood-Ridge on the 19th. As for Wallington, they have also already played their next matchup, an 8-1 win against Hasbrouck Heights on the 19th.
