Denver North is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight games on Saturday. They had to suffer through a 61-21 loss at the hands of Montbello.

Meanwhile, Aurora Central fell victim to Northfield and their airtight defense on Saturday. They were beaten by the Nighthawks 59-0. That makes it the first time this season the Trojans have let down their home crowd.

Aurora Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Denver North, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Denver North strolled past Aurora Central when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a score of 30-13. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
