Softball Recap: Lake Havasu Knights vs. Centennial Coyotes

After flying high against Agua Fria last Friday, Lake Havasu came back down to earth. Lake Havasu came up short against the Centennial Coyotes on Tuesday, falling 10-4. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Coyotes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-2 on March 10th.

Lake Havasu saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emely Navarro, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Lake Havasu has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season. Centennial pushed their record up to 6-5-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, Lake Havasu will head out to square off against Kellis at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Centennial, they will square off against Youngker at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Centennial is facing Youngker at the right time seeing as Youngker is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
