Aurora had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They blew past the Barberton Magics 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  3-0  back in September.
 Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Aurora took every set by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-9,  25-11.
Aurora's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Emerson Spiesz, who  had five  digs and four  aces. That's the most  aces  Spiesz has posted since back in September.  Sarah Dwyer also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  dig of the season.
 They weren't the only good servers: Aurora  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 19  aces. That's the most  aces they've managed all season.
Aurora's victory bumped their record up to 17-5. As for Barberton, they dropped their record down to 2-19 with the  loss, which was their 11th straight  on the road.
 Looking ahead, Aurora will be taking part in a tournament against John F. Kennedy  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Barberton, they will venture away from home to  take on Highland  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
