Baseball Recap: Jerome Takes a Loss

Jerome lost against Wood River on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers came up short against the Wolverines, falling 14-4. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jerome's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Wood River, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jerome will face off against Kimberly at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Wood River, they will square off against Mountain Home at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolverines' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 7.8 runs per game this season.
