Volleyball Recap: Loveland Classical Comes Up Short

Loveland Classical was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Estes Park Bobcats. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bobcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

While Loveland Classical had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20.

Loveland Classical's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Estes Park, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Loveland Classical wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Lyons on the 28th. Estes Park has also already played their next game (against Liberty Common), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
