Basketball Recap: Fort Campbell Takes a Loss

Fort Campbell lost against Russellville back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Fort Campbell Falcons took a 60-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Russellville Panthers.

Fort Campbell's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Russellville, their victory ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-5.

Fort Campbell and University Heights will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Russellville, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Glasgow at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: Russellville has lost eight straight at home (dating back to last season), while Glasgow has lost three on the road.
