Richton came into this matchup off a tough 13-run loss on Monday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Leroy by a score of 8-6 on Tuesday.

Brock Pearson made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That triple was his first of the season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Sacred Heart, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Enterprise on Friday as Sacred Heart made off with a 10-4 win. The result was nothing new for the Crusaders, who have now won seven games by six runs or more so far this season.

Kyron Murphy was incredible, scoring three runs while going 4-for-4. Sacred Heart is undefeated when Murphy posts two or more runs, but 4-6 otherwise. Brad Marrero was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

Sacred Heart was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .407. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Enterprise only posted a batting average of .077.

Sacred Heart's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Richton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.
