Volleyball Recap: Northland Takes a Loss

Northland lost against Licking Heights back in April of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Vikings came up short against the Hornets, falling 3-0. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-11, 25-8.

Licking Heights found their leader in sophomore Evan Boren, who had 14 digs. Those 14 digs set a new season-high mark for Boren.

Northland's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Licking Heights, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Northland will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Tree of Life Christian at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th. As for Licking Heights, they will square off against Pickerington Central at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
