Adams Central strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Muncie Central Bearcats 41-13. Given the Flying Jets' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana football rankings (they are ranked 50th, while the Bearcats are ranked 158th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

When it comes to explaining why Muncie Central lost, don't look at Landan Johnson. Despite the final result, he rushed for 107 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only ten carries.

Adams Central's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Muncie Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.
