It was a good run, but Caledonia unfortunately witnessed the end of their ten-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 4-0 to the Saltillo Tigers. The matchup was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly the Cavaliers struggled afterwards.

Caledonia's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-4. As for Saltillo, they pushed their record up to 19-1-2 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home.

Both are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Caledonia will be playing in front of their home fans against Senatobia at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Caledonia is facing Senatobia at the right time seeing as Senatobia is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Saltillo, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Tupelo at 5:00 p.m.
