Recap: Miami-Yoder Buffaloes vs. Non Varsity Opponent

In what's become a running theme this season, the Miami-Yoder Buffaloes gave their fans yet another huge victory on Thursday. They put the hurt on Non Varsity Opponent with a sharp 37-15 win. The victory was just what Miami-Yoder needed coming off of a 49-22 defeat in their prior matchup.

Among those leading the charge was Carley Bringhurst, who scored 18 points along with six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kylie McKnight, who scored four points along with six steals and five rebounds.

Miami-Yoder now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 88-148.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Miami-Yoder will challenge Hi-Plains at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they will head out on the road to take on Mile High Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mile High Academy's defense has only allowed 27.7 points per game this season, so Non Varsity Opponent's offense will have their work cut out for them.
