Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Payton Wallen stepped things up a notch to give Ford the 'W'. Wallen rushed for 67 yards and a pair of scores. The performance also marked the most rushing touchdowns (two) he has had since back in September of 2024.

Wallen and Ford will head out to challenge North Lamar at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. Ford got just the result they wanted when they last faced North Lamar thanks in part to Wallen: he rushed for 73 yards and four touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 115 yards while completing 71.4% of his passes.
