Volleyball Recap: Mid-Buchanan's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Mid-Buchanan came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Lathrop Mules as they made off with a 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Dragons also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-12, 25-12.

Tatum Moss paced Mid-Buchanan's offense, picking up 11 kills. Moss got some help from Myia Dillman and her 30 assists. Bintley Barton and Myla Flinn kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Mid-Buchanan's victory bumped their record up to 8-5-1. As for Lathrop, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.

Mid-Buchanan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Trenton on the 20th. As for Lathrop, they have also already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Plattsburg on the 20th.
