Softball Recap: Chase Takes a Loss

Chase fell victim to Kings Mountain and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 8-0 to the Kings Mountain Mountaineers. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Trojans' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Chase's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Kings Mountain, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Chase wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 9-2 victory against Asheville on the 7th. As for Kings Mountain, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 15-0 win against Stuart W. Cramer on the 6th.
