Softball Recap: Straughn Tigers vs. New Brockton Gamecocks

Everything went their way against the New Brockton Gamecocks as the Straughn Tigers made off with a 12-2 victory. Winning may never get old, but Straughn sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Straughn got a massive performance out of Adelaide Dunn, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. Allyx Williamson was another key contributor, scoring three runs while going 3-for-4.

Straughn pushed their record up to 11-3 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.8 runs per game. As for New Brockton, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
