Football Recap: Peekskill Takes a Loss

Peekskill scored the most points they've had this season on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Lakeland Hornets, falling 38-14.

Peekskill's loss dropped their record down to 0-3-1. As for Lakeland, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-2-1.

Peekskill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lakeland, they will face off against Poughkeepsie at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. The Hornets are facing the Pioneers at the right time seeing as the Pioneers are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
