Volleyball Recap: Community's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Community won the last time they faced Battle Creek and things went their way on Thursday too. The Vikings/Viqueens had just enough and edged out the Grizzlies 3-2.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Community got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 18-25, 25-23, 19-25, 18-16.

Community's win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-6. As for Battle Creek, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season.
