Basketball Recap: CCAT Comes Up Short

CCAT played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the Pinewood Christian Patriots 69-34. CCAT was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-11.

Banks Hearn had an outrageously good game for Pinewood Christian as he posted 26 points. The contest was Hearn's fifth in a row with at least 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Kinlaw, who put up 15 points.

CCAT's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

CCAT will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Southeast Bulloch at 6:30 p.m. on December 2. As for Pinewood Christian, they will take on Savannah Country Day at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
