Basketball Recap: Old Bridge Takes a Loss

Old Bridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 65-46 bruising from the Monroe Township Falcons. The Knights were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 44-43.

Old Bridge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Monroe Township, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

Old Bridge won't have much time to rest: their next game is against South River at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Monroe Township, they will square off against St. Thomas Aquinas at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
