Basketball Recap: Normal University Takes a Loss

Normal University saw some tournament action on Monday. They took a 52-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the El Paso-Gridley Titans. The Pioneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Normal University's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for El Paso-Gridley, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Normal University will challenge Tolono Unity at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for El Paso-Gridley, they will take on LeRoy at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
