The San Tan Foothills Sabercats are taking a road trip to take on the Benjamin Franklin Chargers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

As a matter of fact, San Tan Foothills put up the most runs they have all season on Friday. Everything went their way against ALA - Anthem South as they made off with a 17-7 win. The Sabercats haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Nik Lobanov looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (three).

Benjamin Franklin is undefeated when Speir posts eight or more strikeouts, but 7-9-1 otherwise. Speir was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.

In other batting news, Jono Wilcox was incredible, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Owen Fierstein, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 5-15. As for Benjamin Franklin, they now have a winning record of 10-9-1.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. However, it's not like Benjamin Franklin struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.1 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
