Basketball Recap: Arkansas Takes a Loss

Arkansas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 80-40 loss at the hands of the Lake Hamilton Wolves. While losing is never fun, the Razorbacks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 223rd, while the Wolves are ranked 21st).

Arkansas' loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Lake Hamilton, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-1.

Arkansas will take on Benton in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Benton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Arkansas surely won't give up without a fight. Lake Hamilton and Sheridan will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
