Basketball Recap: Beaverhead County Skates Past Hardin with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Beaverhead County). They blew past the Hardin Bulldogs 71-41 on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Beavers also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2021.

The victory made it two in a row for Beaverhead County and bumps their season record up to 4-1. As for Hardin, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Beaverhead County and East Helena will shake off the cobwebs and take on one another at 7:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025. East Helena knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Beaverhead County likes a good challenge. As for Hardin, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sidney at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
