Basketball Recap: Western Hills Comes Up Short

Western Hills was the 47-27 winner over Lexington Christian when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Western Hills Wolverines took a 59-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lexington Christian Eagles.

Western Hills' defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 16-12. As for Lexington Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.

Western Hills is taking a road trip to take on South Oldham at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lexington Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Pineville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
