Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Mishawaka's Fourth in Last Five Outings

Mishawaka won the last time they faced Portage and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cavemen came out on top against the Indians by a score of 2-0.

Ameila Amos paced Mishawaka's offense, picking up 12 kills. Amos got some help from Cassie Creech and her 23 assists.

Mishawaka is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. As for Portage, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.
