Basketball Recap: Delphi Community Takes a Loss

After flying high against Frankfort last Thursday, Delphi Community came back down to earth. The Delphi Community Oracles were dealt a 70-24 loss at the hands of the Rensselaer Central Bombers on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Oracles in their matchups with the Bombers: they've now lost six in a row.

Delphi Community now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Rensselaer Central, their win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Delphi Community will host West Central at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Rensselaer Central, they will be home for the holidays to greet Andrean at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
