Basketball Recap: Aidan Walls' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Horse Creek Academy over Silver Bluff

Horse Creek Academy played a tough match on Wednesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Silver Bluff Bulldogs, falling 72-49. The loss continues a trend for the Stallions in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost three in a row.

Horse Creek Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aidan Walls, who posted 15 points. The game was Walls' fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was RJ Patrick, who had nine points.

Silver Bluff's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zean Dicks, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Zyrell Williamson, who went 6 of 15 on his way to 14 points and five rebounds.

Horse Creek Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Silver Bluff, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.
