Highlands Christian was handed a three-set defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the David Posnack Jewish Day Rams, sneaking past 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Knights: when they faced off against the Rams two weeks ago, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (107-99) Highlands Christian actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 28-26, 16-25, 14-25, 16-14.

Highlands Christian's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for David Posnack Jewish Day, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.
