The Pompano Beach Golden Tornadoes will take on the Everglades Gators at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pompano Beach is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season.

Everglades will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Pompano Beach extended their winning streak to three on Thursday. The Golden Tornadoes came out on top against Somerset Academy by a score of 5-1.

GABI OLIVER was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Everglades' offense. They came up short against West Broward last Tuesday, falling 16-0. The loss continues a trend for the Gators in their meetings with the Bobcats: they've now lost eight in a row.

Pompano Beach's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Everglades, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Pompano Beach took their victory against Everglades in their previous meeting back in March of 2016 by a conclusive 19-0 score. Will the Golden Tornadoes repeat their success, or do the Gators have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
