Soccer Recap: Graves County Comes Up Short

Graves County lost against McCracken County back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles lost 8-0 to the Mustangs. While losing is never fun, Graves County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky soccer rankings (they are ranked 144th, while McCracken County are ranked 45th).

Graves County's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for McCracken County, the win got them back to even at 6-6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Graves County will square off against Lyon County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for McCracken County, they will face off against Paducah Tilghman at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
