Volleyball Preview: Simla Cubs vs. Fowler Grizzlies
Simla has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They and the Fowler Grizzlies will meet on Thursday for a tough Bear Battle. Simla will be strutting in after a win while Fowler will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Thursday, Simla made easy work of Liberty Tree Academy and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Fowler didn't have quite enough to beat Hoehne on Thursday and fell 3-2. The Grizzlies haven't had much luck with the Farmers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Fowler wouldn't go down easily and took Hoehne into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking ten-point loss. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-13, 25-23, 13-25, 15-5.
Simla's win bumped their record up to 18-1. As for Fowler, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.
