Softball Recap: Memorial Takes a Loss

Memorial lost against Waterloo last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Red Devils took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ramani Adams spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and four unearned) runs on six hits and racked up seven Ks.

Memorial's record is now 4-4. As for Waterloo, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Coming up, Memorial will square off against Badger at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waterloo, they will challenge Jackson-Milton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
