Volleyball Recap: Simmons Comes Up Short

Simmons lost against Leflore County last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Blue Devils came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-22, 25-10.

Simmons' loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Leflore County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Simmons does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Leflore County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against South Delta at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
