Towson proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 33) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Eastern Tech Mavericks 31-28. The 31-point effort marked the Generals' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.
