Basketball Recap: Jamestown Comes Up Short

If Jamestown was riding high fresh off their 92-72 takedown of Minot North last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Jamestown Bluejays fell to the Dickinson Midgets 79-75. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Midgets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 78-67 back in January.

Jamestown's defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Dickinson, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-11.

While Jamestown had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
