Basketball Recap: Blue Earth Takes a Loss

Blue Earth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through an 81-45 loss at the hands of the St. James Saints. While losing is never fun, the Buccaneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 360th, while the Saints are ranked 122nd).

Blue Earth's loss dropped their record down to 0-20. As for St. James, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-5.

Blue Earth has already played their next match (against Worthington), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. St. James also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Jackson County Central.
