Williamsburg extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday, bumping them up to 6-4. Everything went their way against the East Clinton Astros as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Astros, too.

Peyton Jones paced Williamsburg's offense, picking up seven kills. Jones got some help from Emma Mulholland and her 14 assists. Mulholland also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Leah Kreimer, racking up two apiece.

As for East Clinton, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-2. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Despite the loss, East Clinton still got an impressive performance from Kenzi Terrell, who had 12 digs and one assist. Kaylee Terrell also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Williamsburg has already played their next contest (against Felicity-Franklin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for East Clinton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Clinton-Massie on the 10th.
