Basketball Recap: Forsyth Country Day Comes Up Short at Home Against Cannon

Forsyth Country Day unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were dealt a 75-43 loss at the hands of the Cannon Cougars on Friday. The Furies have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

The win got Cannon back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forsyth Country Day will welcome Victory Christian Center at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cannon, they will take on Concord Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
