Van Meter had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Madrid Tigers. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Van Meter's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Madrid, their defeat was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-15.
