D'Evelyn has gone a perfect 10-0 against Wheat Ridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The D'Evelyn Jaguars will square off against the Wheat Ridge Farmers at 7:30 p.m. D'Evelyn is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.2 points per game this season.

D'Evelyn came up into this matchup off a tough 30-point loss on Wednesday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Green Mountain by a score of 46-43 on Friday. The Jaguars have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Despite their loss, D'Evelyn saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Ellie McMann, who posted 11 points along with three steals and three blocks, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Mattie Esquibel, who scored nine points.

Meanwhile, Wheat Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat. They were beaten by Golden 58-20. While losing is never fun, the Farmers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 318th, while the Demons are ranked 64th).

D'Evelyn's record is now 17-2. As for Wheat Ridge, their record is now 1-19.

Everything came up roses for D'Evelyn against Wheat Ridge in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 66-9 victory. In that contest, D'Evelyn amassed a halftime lead of 52-5, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Tuesday.
