Softball Recap: Spring-Ford Comes Up Short

Spring-Ford suffered their closest loss since April 26, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Conestoga Pioneers by a score of 3-1. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Spring-Ford saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ally Burgess, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Spring-Ford's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Conestoga, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Spring-Ford nor Conestoga have any future games scheduled.
