Basketball Recap: Timberlake Beats Wallace for Their Third Straight Victory

Timberlake entered their tilt with Wallace on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They snuck past the Wallace Miners with a 63-58 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 69-65 last Friday.

Several Miners players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Julian Davis, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 15 boards. The match was Davis' third in a row with at least ten points. Cooper Miller was another key player, putting up 17 points and five rebounds.

Timberlake's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Wallace, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Timberlake will venture away from home to take on Frenchtown at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wallace, they will welcome Kootenai at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
